Rocked up for a confirmed booking for my son's birthday - only to find the place locked up and now apparently closed down. NIL indication or any call etc to advise unable to service. Super disappointing as we'd driven over 2.5 hours to get there. Thankfully found somewhere else but a call, or a text or something would have been nice.

Fantastic night!!! Our waiter Brian was magnificent and the burgers were the best we have ever had.

By far the worst experience we’ve had at this restaurant. I don’t know if it’s covid or something else but the service was impossibly slow, over 40mins to get a drink, the food was burnt and inedible and didn’t match the menu and the cocktail was not palatable either. We have been coming to this particular hard rock for over a decade but this was the last time.

Very, very limited vegetarian/vegan options. Food/table service good, however beverage service poor as the venue only had one person serving at bar. Nice place, would not recommend for a vegetarian/vegan though.

Ran out of Nachos for entree. Gave us free wings. 👍 Biggest issue was the music playing was not in lip sync to the videos playing on the tvs. Really annoying. Fix that and it makes it a better experience

The service was very slow, probably took good 35 to 40 minutes to get someone to place our order. We asked for an entry and all the food came together. We have been in many Hard Rock Cafe restaurants around the world and for some reason did not have the usual vibe, if it wasn’t for the food you can say was another local restaurant.

The music was too loud, making it difficult to talk during a family dinner. The choice of food was limited & the quality was good, but nothing extraordinary. I wouldn’t recommend for a family dinner. Next time we will seek out a different cafe/ restaurant & get better quality for the same price. And be able to talk.

Very busy, very noisy (due to live band). Food lived up to expectation Staff was helpful and attentive despite the full house.
