   Reception was beyond excellent, the server Ivo was extremely polite, friendly and hands on. The food was its usual delicious. One of the best Hard Rock cafes I've been to. Kudos.

   Great meal at Hard Rock Cafe Vienna - Alexis was our server. She was attentive to our needs and knowledgable about the menu. We enjoyed our burger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly and the fries were served HOT. It's definitely a "tourist" stop while in Vienna.

   First of all the welcome lady was out of this world,possibly the best welcome we ever experienced She was very kind to our kid and really cozy to us. The food was very very good exactly what was described to the menu , any change such as lack of beans etc was executed correct and without any difficulty to our requests. The service was really kind and helpful to bring us a baby chair and to ask us anything we need , very fast service as well. I really want to express that this place is TOP and if we ever come back to vienna we will 100 visit it again.

   Totally worth the visit! Been to few Hard Rock cafes round the world and what makes a difference is the staff - Vienna was super friendly, welcoming, just a perfect end to a cold day and miles and miles of walking… if you get to be waited on by Aleksandra, consider yourself super lucky.

    The meat in my daughter's burger was not "well done". But we promptly got a new burger - this time really "well done". Thank you very much, very attentive!
