    We requested a table in the bar. When we arrived they had a table in the main dining room but there were two groups in front of us if we wanted a table in the bar. We waited about 25 minutes and got two seats at the bar (not a table). In the end we had a very nice time. The food was great.

    The restaurant is beautiful. The service was above and beyond. Our waitress, Lucy, literally made everything work perfectly. I mentioned my friend had had a birthday and Lucy brought a dessert with a candle in it. The food was outstanding.

    While the steak was well cooked, the plate presentation is unrefined with carrots and sugar snaps, which look sloppy on the plate while potatoes should also be served for the entire table on separate serving pieces. The sauces are quite expensive even though they are meant to be a compliment to the steak. The creamed spinach was full of garlic, which masked the flavour of the dish. For the pricing level, the quality is not great. Service was attentive.
