Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Chef-owned, operated, and focused on innovative American cooking based on classic old-world techniques. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

    We went to Harvester Kitchen for a their Valentines day special, the six courses was excellent from a taste perspective. However, the size of each course and the cost compared to what was served was pretty laughable and relatively exorbitant. We've had several of these multiple course meals at other restaurants in town, none of the others were nearly as expensive as Harvester Kitchen. They also do not have serve or have a full liquor license, if you're into to bourbon for a timeless old fashion this is not the place.

    Had an amazing experience. Celebrated our 27th year anniversary with them. The attention, engagement and attention to detail was amazing. Will definitely look into coming back next time we are in town.

    Did the New Year's Eve event and it was another amazing evening at HK. This the second year in a row that my wife and I have attended this event, and it will likely be our go-to NYE event for years to come. The dishes here are just outstanding. Very innovative sablefish and deer steak along with scallops and wagyu. While the proteins are cooked to perfection the sauces and added elements elevate the dishes here to be on par with any Michelin star restaurant. The wine pairings were also outstanding. The staff and service were also top-notch. Had a fun time dancing and ringing in the New Year after dinner. HK blows you away with the little extras. Treat trays were out during the dancing and take-home gifts of the biggest and best cream puff I have ever had. The is the best place in SF for a "special" occasion dinner.
