   I came here because I was staying at the Kartrite. The service was terrible. It took the waitress at least a 15 minutes to come to my table. She forgot my drinks, didn’t check on us until after I complained to a manager. The bartender had a terrible attitude and she did not even deserve the tip she got after I had to get up from the table and ask to reorder the drinks. I had the most horrible experience at this place. I’m not saying you won’t have a good time but you will be disgusted with the service throughout the whole resort.

   Arrived at 6:30 for reservation to be told that we would have to wait for at least 30 min even though we had a reservation… and that the wait would be long for food due to the kitchen being very backed up… we have 2 small children and that wasn’t going to work so we left and went somewhere else and were immediately accommodated

   Reservations were unnecessary. We were asked to see ourselves and handed menus. Then we had to go up to the bar to place our order ourselves as well. Nothing we ordered was correct. It took 45 minutes to get our food, drinks were never brought to the table. We didn't get silverware or napkins. One of our kid's entrees was forgotten. It took multiple trips back to the bar to get this straightened out, still wasn't right, but we just made do because by this time we had been there 1.5 hours. By the way, a generous gratuity will be automatically added to your bill.

   Food is really bad. Like bad cafeteria food. You would think they would put the effort into a better dining experience for such a massive resort. They don’t. We wouldn’t go back.

   Waitress was rude. Food tasted like it was microwaved. Chicken quesadillas tasted like chewy chicken. Fried Mozzarella was over fried. Drink tasted like juice. Not a place to revisit.

   The service was terrible. We were not ever checked in on. Our very basic fried food took forever to come even though we were literally the only people there! We asked for more ranch and were told that they had no more and there was no offer of any other dressing. All the nearby tables’ ketchup bottles were empty, we had to go find at least 4 bottles from other tables. We had to pay $126 dollars for 2 kids meals (chicken fingers & French fries), 1 salad, and an order of fried shrimp and fries - way overpriced!!! My husband sat with an empty glass for close to ten minutes, he finally got up and walked around looking for someone to ask for a refill. When I asked for a to-go container to take my remaining fries home, the container the waitress gave me had literal dirt all around the inside edge! So disgusting!! It was horrendous.

   Food took forever to come out 45mins to be exact. Price was too high for basic pool food. Nothing special. No cash accepted anywhere.

    Our Waiter was very nice. Ordered burger’s and fries. I think it was frozen Pattie. Drinks were good and fries.
