With Anthony’s Kitchen, I’ve proven that fine dining doesn’t have to be stiff. But I wanted more: a place that’s accessible every day, offering top-level culinary experiences – without the formality. A modern brasserie that blends French elegance with my philosophy of quality, craftsmanship, and passion.

    Ein schönes gehobenes Ambiente. Beim Service leider Abstriche, da kleine erfüllbare Wünsche und Fragen nicht beachtet wurden. Nach dem leckeren Dessert wurden wir leider überhaupt nicht mehr beachtet. Der Hauptgang war sehr gut. Muss ich nicht nochmal haben.

    Wie immer war der Besuch im Haus Phönixsee äußerst gelungen und angenehm. Es war der letzte Besuch in der aktuellen Zusammensetzung dieses unfassbar starken und sympathischen Teams, da das Restaurant unter der momentanen Führung leider zum 29.03.25 schließen wird. Ich habe den höchsten Respekt davor, dass das gesamte Team bis zum Tores-Schluss mit absoluter Perfektion und Liebe seiner Berufung nachgeht, anders kann man das bei diesen wunderbaren Menschen nicht nennen. Vom Essen, über den Service, die Freundlichkeit und Fröhlichkeit mit den Gästen, nichts ließ erahnen, dass sich in 2 Tagen für dieses Team die Pforten dort schließen. Ich wünsche Euch alles Gute für die Zukunft und wohin Euch der Wind auch weht, wir sehen uns sicher wieder. Ganz lieben Dank für viele besondere Momente mit Euch.

    Wir waren zum wiederholten Mal im Haus Phoenixsee. Wie immer unübertroffen gut. Es ist seit unserem 1. Besuch vor ca. 1/2 Jahr zzgl unserem absoluten Lieblingsrestaurant geworden. Speisen, Ambiente, Service sind besonders gut. Wir finden besonders die Zugänglichkeit zum Personal äußerst angenehm.

    Die Lokaleinrichtung war sehr beeindruckend, genauso wie das Essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr gut in der Darstellung und Erklärung zum Essen und dem passenden Getränke.

    Der mit Abstand beste Laden in Dortmund und er schließt leider Ende des Monats. Wir sind sehr traurig darüber, haben uns immer wohl gefühlt und extrem gutes Essen genossen.

    Leider nicht wie erwartet, die Nudeln waren hart und die Djue war sehr sauer. Alles andere war lecker, das Fleisch hochwertig!

    Wir waren das zweite Mal im Haus Phönixsee und waren wieder begeistert. Schon das Ambiente ist toll und einladend. Man fühlt sich als Gast absolut willkommen und gewertschätzt. Getränke und Speisen werden stilvoll serviert und erklärt. Der Geschmack war erwartungsgemäß wieder hervorragend, wie auch der Service, der unaufdringlich und sehr aufmerksam ist. Es war rundum ein sehr schöner, gelungener Abend.

    Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, man kann sich noch sehr gut unterhalten. Gerichte waren optisch und geschmacklich 1 a . Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
