   I absolutely loved my experience for brunch at Haven. Every table has great city views, making the perfect backdrop for the great food and service. I had the Huevos Rancheros, which was a bit spicy but exploding with flavor, making it one of the best I've had, and our server kept the bottomless mimosas flowing. I will make it a point to go back every time I'm in the city.

   Ambience was lovely, service was excellent. Pan was so kind and helpful throughout our whole brunch making our experience a treat. We all enjoyed our meals especially the pumpkin cheesecake and the bottomless mimosas. We left happy and ready for a day of walking in the holiday busy city. Thank you!

   Ehhhh, Not a real roof top view of the city. Not really decorated for Christmas. Food was average. Got both our orders wrong but comped a drink for us. Wouldn’t recommend.

   Amazing atmosphere, it feels like you’re at a ski lodge! The shotskis were great, the Vanilla Sky is definitely the best one

   Dined here last night with my best friend of over 40 years. We wanted something charming and festive for the holidays, with good food and a lovely ambience. We were extremely pleased and had a wonderful time. The food was delicious, the drinks tasty, the service above and beyond, (attentive and thoughtful, yet not intrusive), and the atmosphere glittering and perfect for the season. While it was packed, it still didn’t feel cramped, (we had plenty of room around us), and we could easily talk while all around us engaged in their happy times, too. We had the Tuna tartare appetizer, (REALLY good!) and the Havenly chicken, which was extremely delicious. I’d recommend both! All in all, a wonderful night and we will absolutely come back!    The restaurant was very pretty. Service was slow and food was average. Not bad but nothing stand out either.

   Food and service was great. Took us to a crappy table despite my noting a special occasion with email and phone 3 weeks in advance. But thet were accommodating when I asked....how about over there. The rooftop view is disappointing. There's not much view of anything except tall buildings around it. The food and service and company were great, so happy with overall experience.

   We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We made a 2:15 reservation. The waitress took our drink order and proceeded to tell us kitchen was closed. The website says lunch served until 3pm. We asked the manager if the could accommodate something small as we were very hungry. He was able to get some chips and guacamole for us which was nice. That arrived well before our drinks. The service was very slow from the bar. It also was not decorated like a ski chalet feel as shown in pictures on their site. I personally would recommend another place if you are looking for a holiday type of place. Also they need to update their website with the correct kitchen hours.

    We were spending a girls' day in the city and this was the perfect place to stop for lunch during the holidays! Decorated nicely, menu is small bit food was good!
