   From the amazing grilled oysters with bone marrow, to the chateaubriand for 2, and the Peanut Butter Louis to finish things off, the entire experience was outstanding!! Highly recommended!

   The app, the beet root was fantastic. Food came out slow overall, but the waitstaff was attentive. The main meal, the shared mixed grill wasn’t great. Dry meat overall, which was disappointing. The sticky toffee dessert was 10/10.

   Probably one of the worst meals I have had in dublin Starter was soggy and main course bland. Did not have a dessert. Only positive was the service

   Had an amazing meal at Hawksmoor — the food and drinks were top-notch, especially the steaks and cocktails. Huge thanks to our server, Kleber, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and gave us great recommendations. He really made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

   We had a nice time in Hawksmoor last night, however we didn’t think it was up to its usual standard. This was my 5th or 6th time to eat there since it opened in Dublin. After opening the wine for us the waiter told us it was the last bottle in stock. We might have ordered a different one instead if we’d known that. For some reason there was a delay with 1 of the starters. No apology given. The crab starter was a bit dry - not sure it was fresh crab. The main courses were nice but 2 of the group had the hake and 1 portion of fish was double the size of the other. Desserts were grand but service was very casual throughout with staff more interested in long conversations at the till with each other rather than engaging either the customer. I’ve always left very good reviews before but this time I’d have to say there is some room for improvement.

   Definitely not the best restaurant we have been to in Dublin. Of the three of us, only one person liked their meal. The highlight was probably the bar, bartenders and cocktails. We did not find the waitstaff well trained or particularly friendly.

    Simply outstanding. Needed a bit more vegetables for the menu I felt, and the bill for two of us was very high, although we did have 6 cocktails, it is in Dublin city and the quality of the Porterhouse steak etc was top shelf. I have now booked myself, wife and two kids in for Sunday roast next Sunday, legends are told about it and I can't wait to return.
