      We went in for the Sunday Roast, the restaurant itself is very pretty and was decorated for the holidays. Our food came out luke warm nothing special. But honestly the worst part was the service, no one checked in, one of the managers made the rounds and spoke to every table but us. We wanted more drinks and waved down 3-4 servers before anyone acknowledged us. But they wanted a 12.5% tip, for what? Disappointing experience.

      Whenever I'm in a city with a Hawksmoor I jump at the chance to eat there. With being in Scotland they had cuts from highland cattle so couldn't resist a prime rib. The food is always amazing and the staff are passionate about their jobs. Hawksmoor Edinburgh is in a grand building with a lot of history you can learn about from a leaflet they have available.

      The whole experience was outstanding From the welcome on reception the service is first class Food choice is great and cooked and presented to an outstanding standard Highly recommend

      Another fantastic meal at Hawksmoor (Edinburgh this time). Staff were on point and the food as ever was excellent. Who doesn’t need a 1kg porterhouse cooked to perfection between Xmas and NY!! As for the Shaky Pete’s they always go down a treat!!

      Busy and bustling on Christmas Eve. Great service from bar and restaurant. The food and cocktails were Lovely. Wine was good but the selection seems to have been paired down from previous visit to focus on higher end bottles.

      The food was absolutely outstanding. No issues with that whatsoever. Unfortunately our server was very abrupt and at times quite rude. They removed a dish while I was still eating. While my drink was being refilled it was done with very little care and the water (and sometimes wine) was left spilled on the table. The person who talked us through the wine was quite lovely and very informative though.
