I celebrated my birthday at Hayatt lounge, and it was amazing! The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was perfect. They even surprised me with a birthday treat, which was such a nice touch. Highly recommend for any special occasion!

This place is designed for more older people so if you want to see aunties and uncles then it’s a perfect place to go to because they were full of them. It’s not something for you know younger the service is so poor there was literally one waiter that was good Everyone else was poorly trained in the toilet you have an auntie that would take away all the toilet tissue and then keep it then ask you for tip when you give them £1 tip she goes behind your back and tries to input £10 and then pretends that she doesn’t know what she’s doing so it’s a very sleazy scummy place where they will try to take your vulnerability if you drunk so much I would not recommend it for people that want to have a good time on their birthdays or any celebration

Poor people management from security personnel during crowd control. Having one personnel to scan ID created an unnecessary back log and queue build up. People where left in the rain.

When we arrived we were intensly searched - the place was derelict and earie, I had to search for staff to see where I was meant to be seated. There was no vegan options, the food was greasy and tasteless, everything was overpriced and I would have left to get some decent food if I hadn't been made to pay £40 to hold the table which was unnecessary considering we were the only ones there when we arrived! Cocktails were good and the women working there were lovely and helpful. The aesthetic was good but lacked attention to detail (christmas decorations left in dusty looking palm tree and bits of wall decor hanging off) and has been left unfinished. Definite room for improvement, could be a nice spot when finished and polished.
