   The hostess welcomed us warmly. The bartender very nice offered suggestions. Servers were so nice and knowledgeable. We never felt rushed. The timing of the food was perfect. Prime Rib and Sea Bass were very flavorful. Thank you Dana for the extra touches .... Made the 60th birthday dinner perfect!

   It took 30 minutes to get our first drinks and 1-1/2 hours get our entrees.

   The steak was not up to par. It was overly cooked and salted. I asked for pink in the middle and there was no pink. Everything else was great. It's a beautiful place to hang out at. Food was just a disappointment. I'll most likely not order the steak again.

   Haywire is beautifully designed with wooden furniture & chandeliers. Lots of different spaces for separate private rooms. They’re known for their whiskeys & bourbons. I was impressed upon walking in and the main dining area is upstairs. Ribeye steak was juicy, redfish was soft & flaky, elk tacos were delicious & crunchy. Definitely recommend eating here.

   All in all a good time. Service was on point. Drinks and apps timely. Felt like entrees got backed up a little but overall a good experience

   This was our first time at Haywire and we went to celebrate my husbands birthday. The restaurant had great ambience, my husband kept stating how much he was enjoying it, the steaks were so tender and seasoned just right. The restaurant seemed full and yet quiet, I think because the restaurant is very spacious so we were able to still have full conversations and hear our waiter with no issue. Food was quick and our waiter was amazing I wish I remembered her name. We cannot wait to go back! My husband stated the restaurant gave a feel of comfort and ease!

   Started bad b/c we had to have a 5:15 reservation, yet the restaurant was not full at all. We had a party of 7, they sat us in a "wine room" which was just an alcove with a wall of Wine. Servers continued to intrude into our space looking for bottles of wine, they didn't take any. Then the waitress failed to give the kitchen one of the guests meal request, and didn't bring our drinks at the same time. If she was new to service I understand, but then Management should have give her some help. The wait staff clearly has not been trained to serve on the left side of patron, and remove dishes from the right. Instead, they handed across the table to guests, and asked them to help serve! The food was mediocre at best. Some food was cold or room temperature, to one guest being completely forgotten, to a Steak Salad having so many red peppers in it, flavor of the salad was gone. How does a restaurant run out of Coke and Wine on a Saturday night? It wasn't like the place was full. There weren't very many people in the restaurant.
