   We thoroughly enjoyed our visit at the Heartland. The environment was so unique. We loved the character of the building. The food was above average with prices in the decent range. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable with a good sense of humor. All qualities that added up to a great experience for our group.

   As always, Heartland doesn’t disappoint. The lovely old building provides a great venue for a satisfying lunch. Good service, good food, good atmosphere.

   We had a very relaxed and very special dining experience. The food was as usual exceptional. We make Heartland Cafe an annual event between Christmas and New Years and it never fails to be a highlight of our festive season.

   I have been here twice in December, the second time for my Fathers Birthday. Just an amazing place and atmosphere! The food and service is really excellent.

   Pros: Had some good drinks and our food was pretty good, unique choices to choose from. We were satisfied with our meals. Waitress was very lovely. Cons: obviously understaffed for the day, from the time we arrived (with a reservation) it took 30 mins for us to get our beverages on the table. Food took an hour, service in between was spotty. Overall will return, on a hopefully less busy day. This place is cute!
