   The drinks were good, and the food was decent, but the long wait time took away from the experience. We expected some delays since it was Valentine's Day, but we've dined at equally busy restaurants without waiting over an hour for our food. The highlight of the meal was the ceviche—absolutely EXCELLENT, the best we've ever had. However, the lobster portion was small, and the steak didn't resemble a ribeye. It also lacked flavor, though the mashed potatoes were delicious. The ambience was enjoyable, with a comfortable noise level, and the staff was friendly. Our waiter did her best to provide good service, but it was clear that the kitchen was struggling to keep up. Overall, a 3-star experience—some great moments, but the long wait and inconsistent food quality left room for improvement.

   Overall good, but the tables were sticky even after being wiped down and way too loud, but aside that we couldn’t hear each other speak on a date

   The servers were being stretched across multiple tables making them not able to be attentive. It took forever for someone to check on us and take our order. Also, they were out of a bunch of different items on the menu. The empanadas that we ordered were good, but the meat was literally just falling out of it my gnocchi pasta was good, but it was a small amount for $22 And my husband‘s churassco steak was really chewy.  our server, looked stressed the whole time and would disappear. She was trying to make it up to us by giving us a free dessert, but the chocolate heart cake was flavorless. I hope they step up their staffing and quality of food.

   I can understand why some places in high tourism areas such as this automatically add tip (18%), but I believe this leads to bad service, and we certainly had bad service. I had to ask 3 times for more water, our bottle of wine never arrived, etc. Our server was trying but he seemed overwhelmed.We sent our appetizer back due to taste, portion and preparation but the entres were good. Valet parking was smooth. We won't be back. There are better and more accessible places in the area that have much better service.

   Food was just ok. Service was terrible!! Waited 30 min for my wife’s wine, got my drink 45 min.  Meals came out and they were mixed up and were barely warm. Will never return!

   The general ambiance was great. The food is really expensive for the quality. Drink are way overpriced. Service was great but took almost 20 minutes to get the check after we asked.

   I was just satisfied with our experience overall. I think our waiter did the best he could. We show up and get sat inside 15 mins before brunch ends and we’re given a brunch menu, had to ask our server for a dinner menu. Order drinks and an appetizer while we order our drinks we see valentines versions of our drinks come out and are wondering if ours will be the same… nope just a drink in a martini glass. To top it off we didn’t have any flatware and on the website it was advertised that my table would get a complimentary foie gras for reserving a table on Valentine’s Day that didn’t happen either. And our server hit us with a 20% auto gratuity that he claimed was a service charge… buddy I’ve worked in the restaurant industry who auto grats a 2 top unless you expect to get shorted on the tip … all in all less than satisfying dining experience don’t know if we will be back

    We went there, the decoration was beautiful but the service was not good, we ordered drinks and appetizers, after 20 minutes I think only the appetizers came, they were really good but we waited more 30 or 40 minutes and the drinks did not come so we decide to cancel the order and leave. The restaurant it was full and some people were making a lot of noise speaking in loud volume and screaming.
