   I arrived and was sat in a corner where no one was which I thought was weird because I booked early and it wasn’t crowded. I waited a long time for a server to come because there are no physical menus, but there’s also no cell service. I asked repeatedly what the Wi-Fi password was. Instead of saying it, she just kept saying esta esta. But not saying what the “this was” we finally got the password “hello kitty cafe” she left and just did not come back. I decided to go to the gift shop but the merch was dirty. I asked for the bathroom repeatedly at the gift shop but he said he couldn’t understand my Spanish. I left, no food, no gifts, just disappointed

   Me encantó la comida es muy buena y súper linda, el servicio es excelente y todos son muy atentos. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

   Espantoso! Sobrevalorado y pretencioso. El lugar no puede ser más cursi, la comida más mala y la tienda más vacía. Además el “tour” es un verdadero fraude. Yo no iría ni a conocer, en serio. Para las morritas está simpático pero ni a ellas les llena.

    Un asco, la comida estaba mal y los ingredientes son de mala calidad además de que la preparación fue horrible e inadecuada Los precios están demasiado inflados y el supuesto museo es una tontería de 3 cuartos
