   Absolutely delicious. The Brussel sprouts were especially good. Fantastic service, very quick and polite.

   My wife and I have been coming to Las Vegas for several years. Hells Kitchen was one of the best meals we have ever had. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal.

   filet was excellent as was the beef wellington. And they were worth the money. Drinks and appetizers were very over priced for what you get. It was our 27th Anniversary and they provided us a complimentary dessert which was excellent (can’t remember the name of it) but very good for us to share.

   It was they most amazing experience. The food was truly superb it was like a slice of heaven in your mouth. I was celebrating my 61st birthday, and the staff attended to my every need and also surprised me with this amazing sticky toffee bread pudding, and I couldn't believe how much I loved it. Thank you for bringing a part of my celebration.

   Service was very slow and the timing between courses was absurdly long. People who also ordered three courses, that started later than us, managed to get their check and walked out the door before we finished dessert (it wasn’t because we eat slowly). I can’t recommend Hell’s Kitchen. There are significantly better restaurants on the Strip.

   We went into the experience with the expectation of ordering the recommended prix fix menu and having a great meal. The selections were the scallops, beef wellington, and the sticky toffee pudding. The 3-scallop plate presented well on my wife's plate, but mine, not so much. Two of the scallops were about 1/2 the size of the others. They were about room temperature, but tasted good. Do not know why they were not served hot, or even warm. The beef wellington was served cut open, which we assumed were to confirm the cook. The carrots, onions, and smeared mashed potatoes tasted good when dipped in the demi-glace. Did not taste any prosciutto, so not sure if it was used when preparing the dish. The sticky toffee pudding was the best dish, and the ice cream on top was delicious. The prix fix cost was $105.95 each, so we expected to be blown away with the dishes. We were not, but we get to say we went to Hell's Kitchen in Las Vegas, and I have to assume this is all the marketing team cares about.

   I have been looking forward to trying Hells Kitchen for a long time and I was not let done! The food was wonderful. My beef Wellington was so tender although the puff pastry was soggy. For our anniversary they gave us a complimentary toffee pudding which was the perfect end to our meal. The atmosphere was energetic but too loud. Would definitely return

    The service was impeccable and absolutely outstanding. Any questions we had were answered with such a great energy and Any drinks we had were always filled. The food was an out of this world experience that everyone needs to try once in their lives. The whole thing was absolutely amazing and worth every dollar.
