    A great place for a special occasion always -- but esp. at the Holidays. Great decor, lovely free music, cool drinks, great service and the photo booth all make for a fun time. And being employee owned is a cherry on the top of the sundae. I wish they had more vegan dishes. There is very little there for me to eat.

    Least friendly staff in the twin cities. Didn’t check back after we got our food for a long time. It was me and my 6 year old. Checked it out for lunch because of the hella-dazzle decorations. But they sat us in the back bar corner so we didn’t get any holiday ambiance. Food was mediocre, and I had stomach troubles the rest of the day. Why do people come to this place? Mediocre place with great marketing.

    Our server was absolutely wonderful! It was the perfect place for a Christmas bar! Their decorations were so detailed! The drinks and food were delicious!

    My 3 friends and I came in to Hell's Kitchen to celebrate 2 birthdays. The place was fabulously decorated with Christmas ornaments, etc. throughout the restaurant. It gave the place a very festive appeal and I really appreciated all the effort. We had Bloody Marys & Expresso Martinis and they were fine, altho no beer chasers with the Bloodys. My friends had eggs benedicts and I had the huevos rancheros, which was good, but way too much food for one person. We were given delicious free brownies and a single candle to celebrate the birthdays. I ate mine at the restaurant and my friend took hers home. The server was delightful, but super busy so not as attentive as I'd like. I had to go in search of water and we ended up being at the restaurant probably longer than we would normally have been because the service was a bit slow.

    The food was only mediocre. There was absolutely no flavor in the French dip.the bar was backed up and we didn’t get our drinks till halfway through the meal. I was disappointed with the overall ambience of the back holiday room primarily due to the harsh overhead lighting, otherwise, it would have been really cute.
