   The service was incredibly poor. The waiter was unfamiliar with the menu and provided inaccurate information multiple times. Our appetizers were brought out and we had to repeatedly ask for plates and silverware while the food sat there getting cold. Eventually we had to approach the hostess to request this since our server was unhelpful. The kitchen was out of certain menu choices that we ordered and our server never informed us. We had to ask for the table to be cleared and hold our appetizer plates to allow room on the table when the entrees were served since our dirty appetizer plates were still there. He forgot to bring out items that we had ordered. Upon conclusion of our meal we repeatedly had to ask for the bill and eventually had to again approach the hostess who then handed us a receipt to take back to our table to pay on our phone. We will not return.

   Visited on a busy Sunday for brunch, place was packed but they quickly sat us after we checked in. Server was very friendly and helpful in explaining the family style brunch and the food arrived quickly after we ordered. We were seated upstairs where it felt a bit less crowded than below but the noise level was still pretty high…it died down a bit as tables thinned out. Food was yummy and came out quickly- our group ordered shrimp and grits, chicken and waffles, HQ breakfast alongside the deviled eggs, cornbread, and fried green tomato appetizers. All were great and our server was kind and attentive throughout. Definitely recommend for group brunch, the unlimited family style options make for good value and fun variety.

   We really enjoy the food at the Hen Quarter. The fried chicken is much loved by the family. However, I would like to say that both the kids’ Strawberry Waffles and the Avocado Toast did not match the description on the menu. The Strawberry Waffles were supposed to have whipped cream on top but instead had a sprinkle of powdered sugar and the Avocado Toast said it was on a waffle but it was not, instead was served on thick toast.

   Server Rashad was great manager was HORRIBLE food was cold my friend ordered Brussels with no bacon they came out with bacon manager was defensive instead of empathetic! Asked if we wanted to take cold food home! We will not return

   As always the food was amazing! Tyneeka was our server and she is exceptional! She had a professional attitude and was very helpful!!

   Great ambience and view. Server, though friendly, was overwhelmed...my fullest empathies. The food was disappointing save for the Shrimp & Grits. The rest did not meet expectations unfortunately. Deviled eggs, Caesar Salad, green tomatoes all underperformed.

   We were a party of 5. Our server suggested the Family Style Dining experience. We ordered almost every dish option. We enjoyed every dish because they came out to order. An added bonus for the unlimited mimosa option which we definitively took advantage of. We could definitely return here for lunch. The only downside was there were no chicken options under the Family Style Dining option. Being called the Hen Quarter, we were looking for some chicken options that were not extra.

    We had reservations noting a birthday. Waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, not even bar tender spoke and said someone will be with us. Waited at table for 10 minutes or so. Seemed to be confusion on who would be our server. Server was nice enough but not attentive and we waited a while to get ur check to leave.
