   Love Laudy! Ambience is great, food really good, great specialty drinks, always great service! Extra added bonus is the live entertainment on the weekends that adds a bit of fun to the dining experience!

   Bad!!! Well, this isn't how I expected my birthday would go. Our waitress, Claudia, was just so disconnected from her job. There was no "Welcome to Laudy" she just came over and asked for our order. Never even gave us her name. Some of us ordered and then she walked away without taking the full order. I ignored it because it's my birthday. So then another member in our party called her over to finish our order and she said, "yeah, I was coming back to do that separately." Wait, huh! She was inattentive and just lacked any happiness. The bill came and she charged us gratuity for a party of 5 when gratuity is for a party of 6. And then overcharged us for a cosmopolitan. My friend came in later and said, "I'll have what she's having" but didn't know I changed my alcohol in my drink and she never told her. But thought it was appropriate to charge for something she did not ask for. My friend actually doesn't drink gin. What if she had an allergic reaction. As one of my guests actually does have severe allergies to all alcohol except vodka. These are things a waitress is supposed to mention. I called and spoke with Fred the owner, about our experience, and he said he would make it right and refund our gratuity. I was grateful for offering to offset our bad experiences. However, he never made good on his word. So this is a place of no return for us.

   Everything was amazing. This was our second time here. The server is always so nice, but definitely seems overwhelmed with tables, as he did on our first visit as well. There was no proper spiel as we were greeted, just a what can I get you to drink..: I asked about any specials or drink specials and the server handed me the table tent sitting directly in front of me. As I had read it I had already read it as I waited for him to greet us. I was hoping to hear something other than read and flip through pages on a table tent. On my reservations I indicated we had a birthday. As the night came to an end, I realized that nothing was being done so I had to verbally request a birthday cake, as I didn’t want to do and is the reason I added it to my reservations. The live music is such a vibe and we enjoyed it a lot, I would suggest adjusting volume to fit the guest count as the music was a bit too loud for the number of guest in house. We did not see any manager walk around and touch any tables. Lastly, Food was delicious and we will definitely be back. God job!

   Great Vibe, delicious food, eclectic menu, and awesome staff. A must visit, whether at the bar or a table, you will thoroughly enjoy the experience.

   Great local spot. Food is excellent. I don’t care for the big screens that can be seen from anywhere in the room, but I don’t think they can change that. This was my second visit and I would probably go there again.

   The lamb with (purple) mashed potatoes were delightful to my taste buds, the shrimp pasta was superb and the Jungle Queen beverage was delicious!!! Can't wait to come back and try other menu items!!!

    Came here last night and everything was excellent! From the food and service to the live musician they had. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back again!
