A creative nod to Fenway Hotel’s original architect, Herman Everett Wendell. To ‘hew’ also means to cut or chop.
Comprised of three show-stopping elements, each identified with a slightly different rhythm. Discover our intimate parlor bar, showcasing an extensive whisky and Scotch collection inspired by Dunedin’s Scottish heritage. A lively lounge atmosphere is accentuated by water views.

Chophouse cuts and chef-driven seasonal preparations. Authentic and far from stuffy. This is the new neighborhood gathering spot.

Taking center stage is our chef’s counter seating with front seat views of the hustle and bustle of a production kitchen. The interaction with our culinary team makes this the most sought-after ticket.

The chef does an amazing job with flavors. I had the sea bass and my partner had the demonico steak which was perfect cooked to medium rare. It’s a little pricy for the ambiance, but food is delicious.

On day we visited they Just re-opened after being closed several days from hurricane Milton. Service and food was outstanding! It was good to see them resume business. 5 star

Celebrated my birthday with friends at the Fenway Hotel and ate dinner at the Hew. The food was delicious. The service was excellent. It wasn’t very busy for a Friday night, which is shocking because it is definitely one of the best restaurants in Tampa Bay! I’ve eaten at them all, and this is a secret that needs to get out!

Great food and value. We loved the jazz saxophone playing at the entrance. Emily was our server and is always outstanding.

I loved the idea of being in a historic building that had modern touches. From the moment we arrived until we left, the people were very friendly and helpful. The food was very good (we went for brunch) and we enjoyed the saxophonist (although a little loud for my taste, but then I have some sensory issues around noise levels). We celebrated our anniversary and will definitely go back to try dinner or the rooftop.
