Located within the Arista Broomfield community, Hickory & Ash features lunch, dinner and brunch menus that offer a variety of hickory grilled, sustainable and locally sourced ingredients, such as beef provided exclusively by the esteemed Aspen Ridge Ranch. Great place to dine! The food is always very good and the menu is varied. The restaurant itself possesses a wonderful ambiance and the bar area is particularly lively! It’s a perfect place to meet friends, have a business dinner or enjoy an evening out with family.

We were pleasantly surprised with our first experience eating at Hickory and Ash. The tomato soup was so delicious. We each had steak and they were excellent as well. We’ll be back!

Overall the experience was fine. The food was good and so was the service. I would have perfected less alacarte with my meal. I ordered the Bussell Sprouts with my sirloin (which was excellent) but the sprouts were just so so. Others sides with my steak would have been nice. I plan on going back again.

We loved the new fall menu! Salmon and pork chop were outstanding, as well as the carrot cashew dip, and popcorn chicken! Our server, Chau, was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu!
