   It was quite busy but the line moved quickly so it didn't take too long to get to the lovely food. The food was delicious, lots of it and if a certain thing was finished it was quickly refilled. The wait staff were very friendly and great collecting our dirty plates

   We reached at 8pm on 16th Dec.it was my daughters bday.wen I reached security said they are closed due to power cut We had to go home And we could nor celebrate.. my experience is very bad.. they dint even contacted us to apologise nothing

   To be honest food was average. I must say the salt and pepper calamari was delicious but the first bite I took of a chicken nugget and it was stone cold and raw in the middle. I let the staff know behind the counter and she said maybe they stuck together when cooking but if this were the case they would stay stuck together once cooked. I'd just be cautious when consuming fried foods like chicken etc when coming here because if you have kids and they don't notice they could get seriously ill. This experience was enough to be turned off after tasting sweet, raw, cold chicken but this happens sometimes and hopefully it was a learning curve. If I was staff working there, I would have thrown away the whole batch

   Highlands Hotel has a great ambience and is bright and clean. Great variety of food, plentiful and well presented.

   Went for a business lunch. Everyone was happy with the buffet. Catered for vegetarians which was a plus as there were a couple in our group. Everyone said they would go back.

    Honestly it’s value for money and I have been a regular customer to this hotel however very poor management as the manager does not know how to print out tax invoice when requested.
