Parking details
Parking is plentiful and available on Front Street and the Lahaina Cannery Mall across the street. We also have a few spots in the Honu parking
Public transit
The Cannery Mall is the closest Maui Bus stop to us. Parking is limited around Honu Oceanside, guests can also park at the Cannery Mall.

Honu (and neighboring Mala) are known for their Ahi Bruschetta — it’s a highly recommended appetizer. Fish special for the day was excellent! Also the Fresh Catch Dore (today was mahi mahi). While everything was delicious, the two fresh fish options are worth consideration.
Service is delightful and wonderful. The restaurant was remodeled since our last dine here, and it was bright, refined, and a great ambiance.
Owner is such an awesome, kind guy. Support local businesses who care about their community.

Every time. Every single time it’s a spectacular dining experience. My wife and I now make sure we come here at least once a week when we’re on the island, and the food (mahi mahi), drinks (try the Slight Detour), and the service (this time it was Rich) have been exquisite 100% of the time. And for an added bonus, come during sunset and listen to the big rocks shuffle as they recover from crashing waves. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience all around. Very nice and knowledgeable staff, cool ambiance, incredible food (the clam chowder and braised short rib were both AMAZING) and an incredible vibe. Really did exceed expectations in every way.
