   Very slow service, bar and kitchen. Manager jumped in to serve our table! She was awesome! But almost missed our 7:00 show at the Michigan Theater because despite ordering at 5:50 the food did not arrive at our table until 6:45. This is a great local bar and restaurant IF you are not in a hurry. 55 minutes to get food is unacceptable.

   Not the best experience at all. It took more than an hour to get our food. We watched other people get their food rouse who came after we did. We were advised they were wait a grilled cheese sandwich and a chicken bowl. Once I get the chicken bowl , it was cold along with the soup. The manager Devin did discount our food, but the experience wasn’t the best.

   Service was terrible, almost nonexistent. Didn’t get anyone to come to our table for the first 20 minutes. Our drinks came late. Food came late. The drinks we ordered the second time came extra late. It took us two hours to have dinner. We were trying to catch a show. Do not recommend.

   We were seated at our table at 6pm. We ordered right away since we had 7:30 show tickets. Our food never came till 7:10. Our waitress kept saying it would be out soon. Needless to say, we gulped down a few bits then had to leave. Very poor experience.

   Had dinner here on a Friday night of a football weekend, so place was packed. Party of 3 - we all had burgers, fries and a side. Really good food and service was quick, even with the large crowd. Will definitely come back - good spot in Ann Arbor.

   Watch out! Understaffed. Not our servers fault but it took 20 minutes to get a draft, a can, and a cocktail from the time we ordered. Rest of experience was good.

   Our server, Jay did not show up well. She complained during our entire visit, not only at our table, but also at the computer terminals next to our table, which dampened the mood! She pushed back when I asked for crispy bacon on my burger saying she can’t guarantee the kitchen would do it. When she forgot a beer that was ordered, she blamed the bartenders for losing the tickets. In addition, she told us she was at her 2nd job, had been up since 7:45am, and was exhausted. The reason I rated the food so low is because your kitchen allowed blackened, dried out bacon to be served to your customer.

    We had a great brunch and even though two in our party canceled last-minute, the servers were friendly and attentive to our group.
