The restaurant was busy, however it took 15 mins to ever get a drink order and 30 to actually get water. When we finally got drinks from the bar they were wrong and the lady that brought them told us they were wrong but would not fix it and then it took almost 2 hours for food. When we finally got our food it was cold.

Service was really bad. Had to try and find our server many times as she would go missing and we had to wait 25 minutes to even get our first drink order!

Waitress only took our order. The runners brought the food. Not once did she come back to check on us, or even if our food was okay, needed our tea refilled, or even if we wanted dessert. My sister needed some mayo for her burger. Even trying to get her attention was for naught. When she finally came to the poor guy beside us, that had almost went to sleep due to waiting on his check, we told her we needed ours. Took her forever to bring the ticket. She didn’t even ask if we wanted dessert. She shot herself in the foot, she would’ve gotten a much higher tip, than we left. It was a horrible experience.

The waitress was a vibe! She gave our group of 4 recommendations on the menu that turned out to be true. The food and drinks were delicious. There was live music. The music was low enough that we could talk and have a great time. We had a memorable time.

Reserved outside table as brought dog. Server pleasant. Hotel had a brief power outage a couple times as we waited an hour for food. No almonds on the salad. Hamburger meat was gristly and top of bun very cool(like recently frozen?) Server apologized for wait and reminded us repeatedly it wasn’t her fault. Paid $40 for mediocre food (no drinks) for two, and by the time it arrived, the mosquitoes were out - they ate better than us. I would not recommend this place.

Don't order the steak! I asked for my steak to be medium well and it came rare. They took it back, seared the top and bottom of the filet and left the middle blood red even though I had cut into it to see the rare meat. Why they didn't look into the big slick I initially made to see still raw meat, is insane! The service was terrible slow. Not sure if they were shorthanded or we had a bad server. The appetizers were delicious though! I would have to put conditions before referring someone else. Maybe if they ate appetizers at the bar. But, would make sure no steak!
