   Service was slow, waited nearly 30 mins for food to arrive. The duck salad was small for 20e. The wrap and soup were very very nice. The strawberry roulade was v disappointing, it was tiny for the price and only ok and the ice cream sundae had strawberry ice cream in it which isn't on the menu and my friend doesn't like strawberry ice cream.

   We Ordered a chicken arrabiatta (tomato based pasta dish) and the vegetarian version. One had red sauce the other had white and were told they were the same but just vegetarian version. When we asked for the chicken version be made vegetarian we were told they couldn’t because the pasta dishes are pre made!! For €21 for the vegetarian pasta you would expect more than microwaved food. Will not be going there again. Extremely disappointing.

   Drinks service was extreamly slow. Server had to be reminded of order for a glass of wine on a few occasions. Was incorrectly billed for a bottle of wine not ordered.

   Our male server on his third day was brilliant but the female server turned us away when we wanted to spend more time and another 100 quid and was snappy in the way she did it

   Lovely food. Very nice waiting staff. Absolutely gorgeous surroundings. Had the prawn Pil Pil to start and shared that between 2. Highly recommend. But it’s a bit hot 🌶️ Had Fillet steak and Monk fish for mains. Delicious and cooked to perfection. Our dinner Rez was for 8pm on Wednesday night, it was quiet there but if it was the weekend I know it would be crazy. Delighted we got to experience it on a normal night. Will definitely be returning. Fillet steak was €42 with fries or mash Monk fish €29 with beans

   Our waitress was new and mentioned it to us at the beginning - and I have to say she was excellent - attentive and interested in our order, left us when we asked for more time. Mussels were delicious

   We were a table of 4, the choice of starters was very poor so we skipped this course. I ordered butter chicken for main course. It was basically 6 goujons and chips . , i ended up sharing the chicken with everyone and ordering a beef burger. The beef burger was good,, the lamb was very small but tasty , the monkfish was very poor. It was on the menu served with salad. Bit this was more of a risotto. I had lemon tart for dessert , it was tiny for 9 euro. The meal cost 200 euro for 4 mains 2 desserts, a bottle of house wine and 2 pints of Guinness. Very overpriced and operated, won't be returning here unfortunately. Thank you.

   We were shown to our table straight away, and given a bottle of water with no glasses until we asked for them. we had a lovely seat in the conservatory. I had my nearly 2 year old with me and my friend had her 9 year old with her, we were never given a kids menu until the girl came to take out order. We waited 25 minutes for someone to come to take our order, and the girl that came to us had an attitude and no manners. She was quiet rude in fact. The food came fast enough, it was tasty but could have been warmer. I had to ask 2 people for some sauce we wanted , the first person ignored me the second person brought it straight away. We understand it is a busy time of the year and knew service would be slower but we weren't expecting to be served with an attitude!

    Had brunch here on Sunday 1/12/2024, I had the Ham Hock Hash, it was delicious. Lovely atmosphere, very christmassy and festive. Enjoyed the company. The manager who showed us to our table was lovely. This was my first time in House, its a great location, and plenty parking nearby. I will definitely return.
