                                                                        OMG, the lobster bisque is the best in the city. Mike has the calamari and we brought half of it home. Mike had the Syd Steak and I had the 8 ounce filet. The potatoes were great too. Ashley and Amanda too excellent cart of us. The wine and the smoked bourbon old fashioned was delicious too.

                                                                        For the cost the value wasn’t there for me. The ambience is nice and our servers we nice as well but it was unnecessary wait for all our food and it wasn’t even busy when we arrived. My steak was prepared well and was quality steak but the flavor wasn’t there even though it was their special bourbon ribeye. I’ve had better flavored and steaks at other places for less. Capital Grille and Eddie Merlots are both better.

                                                                        Hyde Park is our place to celebrate birthdays, holidays and an occasional before Pirate game taste. We've gotten to know a lot of the staff over the years and are always treated well. The food is a always beautifully prepared. The prices are high but expected and the service and food are worth it.

                                                                        My lamb chops were very good, as was my grandson Crosby steak. Wasn't crazy about the mac and cheese, and the aspargus had no flavor, but the red velvet cake was out of this world delicious.
