A wonderful night out at Iberian Pig! They offer a diverse tapas and charcuterie menu and wines by the glass, creative cocktails, and bottled wine in great variety. Our family of 4 dined on a busy Saturday night, 7:30PM “prime time”. This place was packed, and SO loud, but it was a great vibe and it’s clear the kitchen is accustomed to this level of busy. We ordered 9-10 small plates and everything came out hot and beautifully plated, at a good even pace of 2-3 at a time. The pork belly was a standout, it quite literally melts in your mouth. The crispy potatoes were perfect. And we had a delicious beef choice as well that was perfectly cooked to medium rare. Dessert was a big surprise… we got three and really loved them all. (Their menu descriptions didn’t do them justice. We were expecting something average…they were fantastic!) We had the flourless chocolate cake, burnt cheesecake, and a fried, filled pastry that had a churro-type outer crunch with flaky layers of delicious, light dough and a warm center. That one seemed to be the universal fave. If you don’t mind a very loud, buzzing atmosphere, this is a really delicious spot in The Gulch to have a great meal. We will return.

We had a wonderful experience here on Saturday night! Our server, Frank, was very attentive and the pace that the tapas came out was perfect. The Mac N Cheese and Wagyu burger have been our absolute favorites both times we have come! The empanadas and patatas bravas were also delicious, and the house made cheesecake as well!

We had a good time for paella night - paella & a bottle of wine for $40! we had a good time and the waitress was super nice. This was my second time here and i’m always down to come back!

This place is fantastic! Hidden gem that deserves to be found - try the short rib empanadas & patatas bravas, but it's hard to go wrong so explore & enjoy!
