Icaro, inspired by the mythical legend of Icarus, is an ideal spot to enjoy Northern Italian cuisine. Located conveniently near the Meguro Ginza shopping district, the venue acts as a quick stop for a lunch break or a relaxing place to partake in a dinner with friends or family. Owner Koyonaku and his chef brother draw inspiration from classic Italian culture to create a range of flavorful dishes that display an appreciation for innovation.

To be honest, we were excited and quite nervous to be dining in this restaurant, as we are two foreigners visiting Tokyo and upscale restaurants can act a bit cold to foreigners. However, the people there were friendly and very attentive,much to our surprise. The atmosphere was casual and intimate. It was not too formal and uptight for a Michelin star restaurant, which we love! We could relax and enjoy our meal. The food was superb. We especially love the focaccia bread and pasta. They made our day! We also ordered the osso buco for our main dish (we shared it because we are not big eaters) and it was just splendid. One of us was having a birthday and they gave us two complimentary glasses of dessert wine from France, it was very sweet of them. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in Tokyo and we cannot wait to return!

We purchased a bottle of wine for $90 and he opened it and tasted it himself. When I tasted it , it tasted like vinegar. There was no recovery just basically drink it because we are not taking it back. The food was delicious but this is no MICHELIN star restaurant.

お料理美味しく頂きました。ワインも好みを聞いてくださってよかったと思います。初めてだったのでお料理のボリュームがわからなかったのですが大体の目安も教えてくださったので参考になりました。

上司との会食（女性2名）で利用させていただきました。店内は落ち着いた雰囲気で、ゆっくりと会話を楽しめました。料理は前菜2品、パスタ系2品、デザート2品、ワインを1杯ずつ頼んで、一人9,000円くらいです。結構お腹一杯になります。アルコールは、ワイン中心。ビールはプレミアムモルツ、カクテルはありません。会話と食事・ワインをゆったり楽しみたい方向けです。

20時の予約でしたが店側の御都合で20時15分になると直接連絡を頂きました。前以ての連絡でしたので助かりました。料理は純粋に美味しく頂きました。

味もサービスもとても良かったです。付かず離れずなサービスで居心地がよく、質問には丁寧に答えてくださるし3人という半端な人数でもシェアのオファーもしてくださいました。お料理もとても美味しく、ワインもリーズナブルなのに質の良いものを提供してくださいました。また、サプライズのプレートもありがとうございました。

ワイン注文必須のわりにグラスワインは平凡でコスパも悪い。料理は全体的に悪くはないけれど、これといった特徴もない。サービスはなんとなく良い感じを受けなかった。

常連客には良いのかもしれません。私達には残念ながら合いませんでした。お料理は塩は強いですが、ワインには合うように作っていらっしゃるんだと思います。メインを始めに頼んだのにも関わらず、「聞いてない」と笑い飛ばされました。 (若手の方に聞いたときは来ますとおっしゃってくださっていたのですが。) 6500円(一番安い)のワインのボトルを頼むような人間にはサービスもそれなりなんでしょうかね。友人の祝いの席でしたが、期待が高かっただけに残念でした。

料理の味はとても美味しいと思います。馬肉は臭みも全くなく、パスタの味付けもいいですし、鴨肉もちょうど良い火の入れ方で外の皮のパリパリ感が絶妙でした。ただ、カタラーナは少し焦がしすぎで苦かったです。そして、残念だったのは定員の態度。最初にワインをボトルで頼んだら、「こちら○○のタイプなんですが、、、」と聞かれ、言い方が「ワインを知らない客だな。本当にいいの？」的なニュアンスが伝わってきました。もちろん、そんなことで聞いたのではないかもしれませんが、少なくとも私も妻もそう感じました。（ちなみに注文したワインは何度も飲んでいる好きなワインです。もしかしたら注文する前に相談して欲しかったのかなと感じました。）また、料理も「2人なら4〜5品がいいです。」との説明は良かったのですが、いざとりあえず２品を頼むと、最初にメインも含めて全部頼んでくれとの事。「じゃ、最初の説明時に言ってくれよ！」と思わず突っ込みたくなりました。そんなことで食事前にとても気分が悪くなりました。また、もう一人の店員さんは完全アルバイト的な若い男性で、料理の注文をしようと声をかけると、もう一人の店員にお伺いをたてて自分は取れないよう。これで、ミシュランの星がついたのかと思うとミシュランの基準を疑いたくなります。また、トイレも決して清潔とは言えないレベル。（私が今まで行った良店はトイレは皆綺麗です）料理が美味しいだけに残念でした。
