III Forks is an award-winning steakhouse, located on Lavaca Street at Cesar Chavez, in downtown Austin. Considered the Crown Jewel of American Dining, III Forks serves USDA Prime steaks, fresh fish and cold-water lobster. The steakhouse, finished in mahogany and marble, is designed to accommodate private parties of up to 60 guests. If you want to impress your guests, there’s no place like III Forks. The environment is lovely, the food is excellent, and the service is impeccable. The small wine rooms are extra special for five or six people . It’s my favorite restaurant in downtown Austin

Excellent service and excellent food I would definitely go back there again. The Brussels sprouts were amazing and the potatoes are the steak was super delicious.

Our waiter, Javier was excellent, attentive, informative, and did an outstanding job. We were seated in wine room 2 which was perfect to conduct our business dinner. The food at III Forks was superb and the service was excellent!

I always love having dinner at III Forks. The atmosphere is cozy and elegant. It is often crowded but never obnoxiously loud. You can easily have a conversation with your dining companions without shouting. The service is impeccable and I’ve never had a bad meal there. I’m often delighted by their off menu offerings. My only hesitation in writing this review is encouraging too many people to go. It’s the one really great restaurant downtown where you don’t need a reservation a month in advance.

We had a fantastic experience! David our server was very attentive and full of information. We started with the Fried Lobster and then split a Waygu Tomahawk steak that was incredible along with the cream corn and 6 cheese potatoes. He and Ryan the Manager on duty made a belated birthday dinner extra special with a glass of bubbly, a beautiful desert plate and special desert drink. Thanks for making it a great dinner!

Exceptional service. Multiple people stopped by to chat & check on our needs..helped with places to see while in town but were not bothering at all. Food was excellent A bit pricey but what we expected for a higher end steakhouse. Highly recommend
