Considered the Crown Jewel of American Dining, III Forks serves USDA Prime steaks, fresh fish and cold-water lobster. Service and atmosphere were great and I really wanted to like it but unfortunately the food was just not good. Very basic and bland. At that price range (very high) there’s 20 other restaurants I’d go to before going back there. Almost every high end restaurant I’ve been to in Austin was better.

Very disappointed in the Ribeye. We asked for medium and is was medium well. Sea bass was a very small portion and not a lot flavor. Would like a gift card to come back and have another steak cooked appropriately.
