   Another great experience at III Palms, it's now our favorite nice restaurant in Tyler. We brought friends from Kansas, and although we had a little problem with our initial seating, Angie made sure we were happy. The rest of the evening was perfect. I highly recommend this fine dining establishment.

   Food was delicious. Highly recommend the Pork Belly for a starter and the Bread Pudding for dessert. Andrea was a fantastic server, very prompt and personable.

   We had a great experience at III palms! Our waitress Brylee was outstanding. We received wonderful service and wonderful food! Definitely will be coming back!

   It was our first time eating here & we were there to celebrate my husbands birthday. I asked for a personalized dessert plate with chocolate piping. When we arrived, the hostess sat us at our table & handed my husband a personalized menu stating at the top “Happy Birthday”. This was so much better than the dessert idea. The entire table enjoyed their meal, drinks & the service was fantastic. We will be back!

   Two members of our family were celebrating a birthday, & their menus were personalized with their names. The service was exceptional and the food was excellent. Our server Stevan R. & his team were great. Managers came to the table several times to make sure we were all pleased. The Bananas Foster prep at the table was fun & delicious.

   Our waitress was very sweet however, we had to open our own bottle of $95 wine because she had never opened a bottle of wine before. Cork broke off. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and not because we were visiting. Because it took forever to get anything. Very pretty place but will not be returning.

    As always, III Palms did not disappoint. The steak was cooked perfectly and the flavor was outstanding! The Drago Oysters were fantastic as well. One of our favorite restaurants!
