   If you haven't been to iL Barone (it has moved in where Cucina Alessa used to be) then you HAVE to go! The food is extraordinary along with great friendly service. Some restaurants push their 'specials' to move unwanted food but we go twice (or more) weekly and only out of curiosity do we ask before ordering it. Phenomenal culinary artistry from homemade pasta to sea bass their own special way. There's no scrimping on serving size or quality. If you're lucky to have Frankie as your server he will assist you in scoring a goal or 2.

   The food was delicious. I was a little disappointed in the atmosphere as the picture showed tablecloths and looked charming. We came for the first time to celebrate a birthday and try the restaurant and it has no ambience as in the picture it shows in your website. Wish I could’ve given five stars because the food was very delicious and the service was great.

   The food is always incredible. Missed iL Barone when they closed on Bristol……they’re back and better than ever. The staff is amazing! Fun, funny and wonderful service. Can’t wait to go back. Ev Parrella

   Our party of three enjoyed a thoroughly delightful lunch at Il Barone today. We were warmly greeted by Donatella Barone, who was not only a gracious hostess, but personally provided our table with excellent and attentive service. We started the meal with a delicious shrimp and puff pastry appetizer, followed by the sole and osso bucco specials, which were outstanding. We were so happy to discover that lunch is a wonderful and relaxing time to dine at Il Barone. Before we left, we made our next reservation for lunch. We can’t wait!!!!!

   The special Seabass was unbelievable. We have been many times and this place never disappoints it’s kinda like cheers. Everybody knows our name.

   The reviews did not mislead us. This was an excellent choice while visiting the area for our family dinner. Loved the hospitality and service. Excellent food quality and presentation. We will be back.

   Great service. Food was salty, sadly, not what were we’re expecting. Pizza dough was legit, but the toppings needed restraint. Martinis were a proper pour. Overall, ok. But too many choices in the OC to come back. Wish we loved it more.
