   My wife, adult daughter, and I had a wonderful Mother's Day dinner at Il Fornaio in Corte Madera. They had a special menu for the day along with all of the regular favorites. My wife really enjoyed the special cocktail for the day. We all ordered different entrees (beef, fish, chicken), then shared the special dessert for Mother's Day which was delightful. We'll be back!

   All the dishes we ordered were beyond expectations, calling them delicious is an understatement. The service was excellent to match the meal. We sat in the bar area, at our request, and it was perfect.

   Great service. Beet salad delicious and friends enjoyed their pizzas (not the margarita which was bland last visit but the other two quite good).

   Very comfortable, intimate, and just perfect. The atmosphere was warm and inviting — you could tell everyone was having a great time. The food was absolutely delicious, and the ambiance truly superb. Even the weather cooperated, making the whole experience even more memorable.     I have gone with my friends to celebrate our birthday to Il Fornio for more than 15 years. We are always pleased with the food and the service. Today was no exception. There were eight adults and we all liked what we ordered. I was wonderful. The service was outstanding.
