    Flavorless food. Rude service. Taking plates away before people were anywhere close to done. You got the sense you were a number and nothing more. Very disappointing.

    Great experience at Il Fornaio Santa Clara. The food was very good and service was excellent. We got seated and served right away. The ambiance was good - nice decor and lighting. One thing to note, the parking at this plaza is insanely difficult so make sure you have ample time to find a spot.
