   This was amazing! We had a fabulous server, Malik, the food was delicious. We visited with 2 picky teens and they loved their dishes! Malik recommended a pesto ravioli special (which he also helped prepare), and it was phenomenal. The butternut squash ravioli was equally as delicious. Great hosts, bartenders. Fantastic spot which one would not see driving by. Worth the drive from downtown. Will definitely return when back in Nashville!

   We had a group of 8, they sat us early which was nice. Where do I start? We ordered drinks and apps. The limoncello had a licorice taste….interesting. Would not order that drink again. 3 of us ordered the special of the night, lasagna. They brought out all of our entree’s and then told us there wasn’t enough lasagna, we got 2 out of 3 lasagna orders. So our friend was without her entree while we all had ours. Bad timing to let us know. Then they charged us for the third lasagna! The ambiance was lovely, food was delish but service was mid.

   Always excellent food and service!! Nice crowd on a Sunday evening! We’ll always go back to il Forno and bring our friends and family!

   The food was mediocre at best. Pizzas are decent but the meager-portioned pasta dishes are incredibly lackluster. Save the $30 and make a frozen pasta dish at home. Don’t even bother with the wine options. This is not in any way shape or form a good value.

   I have been there twice both times were amazing! I highly recommend the pizza or the pasta, it’s all freshly made. The only thing I would say is the noise level is really loud so be prepared for that.

   Spectacular food, great service, and the perfect setting for a romantic Valentine’s dinner! The black truffle sausage rigatoni was absolutely INCREDIBLE and loved the NA options for drinks as well. A little bit on the pricier side but well worth it for a special occasion! We will be back!
