   Amazing experience at Ile Flottante, the staff is incredibly nice and helpful and the food is just out of this world. I'd recommend 100% for anybody ready to experience new flavor, spice & texture!

   We were very pleased with our experience at Ile Flottante. From the moment we walked in the door, we were well taken care of. Our table was in a private location in an alcove by the window and the 6 courses were served at a perfect pace. A relaxing pause between each one was appreciated. The highlights were the creamy root vegetable soup with a runny-yolk egg perched on top, the cod wellington in a snow crab sauce and the lychee sorbet served in a coconut. All the other courses were very tasty as well. The wine pairings that were suggested were excellent as well.

   L'équipe du service était vraiment sympathique et au petit soin. La nourriture super, très recherchée et originale. Ceci dit, même si les portions sont petites, au total ça fait beaucoup de bouffe; on n'a pas pu prendre tout le dessert. accord mets-vin excellent.

   Unfortunately a very overpriced, and not very good, tasting menu, with very subpar service. On the plus side, the vegetables within courses were all very good. The rest not so much - including impossibly dry chicken, overcooked halibut, a gelatinous goop course, and wine pairings that sometimes conflicted with the food. Service especially disappointing, as no one even visited the table to share a menu (inexplicably this is only done orally despite the price point) or to offer a beverage until 15 minutes after we had been seated and service barely improved during courses where plates sometimes whisked away during the last fork only for a very long wait for next course and next wine pairing. Given it was toward the end of the evening, it seemed both the kitchen and the servers were already checked out. At over $200/person, really cannot recommend.

   An unforgettable Culinary Journey I had the pleasure of finally dining at Restaurant Ile Flottante, and it was nothing short of a beautiful culinary experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance set the tone for what would be an unforgettable meal. The dishes were not only incredibly flavorful but also visually stunning. Each plate was like a work of art, bursting with color and creativity. You could tell that the chef put immense thought and passion into his creations. Speaking of the chef, we had the opportunity to meet him, and I was so impressed by his humility and kindness. It was clear that he truly care about his craft and the experience of his guests. Our waiter, Jeremie was exceptional. With every dish, he provided thoughtful and detailed explanations that made the experience feel even more personal. It was as if the journey had already begun with his words. His warmth and enthusiasm made the evening even more enjoyable. If you're looking for not just a meal, but an experience that delights all the senses, I recommend everyone l'Ile Flottante and i would definitely put this restaurant on the Michelin list.

   The food and service were exceptional. We found the ambiance pleasant but the lighting limited our ability to see the beautiful presentation of the food and it was difficult to hear eachother or our waiters with the surrounding noise. It is quite expensive, but you pay for a unique experience and we were pleased overall with our visit.

   Excellent menu degustation ainsi que les accords mets/vins! J'ai aimé la flexibilité sur la nourriture (intolérance) et les vins (goût). Très belle expérience et service hors pair!

    On a célébré l’anniversaire de mon mari et l’expérience chez l’Île Flottante était super. Incroyable la diversité de nourriture, la présentation des plats, etc. Tout était super! Un gros merci d’avoir cette expérience chez vous.
