    This is our go-to restaurant. What brings us back is the continuous experience of tasting new flavour combinations and textures. After several visits, this has been so far our tastiest meal. Thx to staff for their attentiveness and care.

    generally it was quite a good try, while we spent 4.5 hours to finish the seven courses menu. Food was good especially the desserts, which had a great taste.

    C'est délicat de donner 3 étoiles à un restaurant tel que l'Île Flottante, mais lorsque je réserve dans un restaurant de ce calibre, j'attends une expérience exceptionnelle et malheureusement - contrairement aux deux premières fois où j'étais venu - ça n'a pas été le cas. Les plats étaient très inégales, voire pour le premier très ordinaire... Lors de la venue de la sommelière, un de nos invités a demandé une proposition de vin qu'il n'a pas apprécié, mais il ne lui en a pas été proposé de second, ce qui nous a étonné. Encore une fois, l'Ile flottante est un excellent restaurant, nous avons juste eu une mauvaise expérience, ce qui, à ce niveau de prix, est toujours décevant.

    Expérience culinaire fabuleuse. Tout est délicieux et surprenant. Le service est courtois et sympathique. L’endroit est agréable. Un peu cher toutefois!
