   Service and food were very good except for the calamari, which was somewhat overcooked and a bit rubbery.

   We really like this restaurant but the live music is always too loud ! Service varies depending upon who your waiter / waitress is. Everyone is always very pleasant.

   The best pasta I’ve ever had. It’s all made fresh and in house. Elena was my server - she’s amazing. Get the pasta - you won’t be disappointed

   This was our 5th time at Incontro since New Years Eve and the experience was awesome again. This time we took friends that have never been and they were super impressed. The food was top notch and our server Elena is a superstar and took great care of us. The owner Pedro has an outstanding team that provides a great experience consistently

   Service was a bit below average, restaurant had a limited menu cause of Valentine’s Day yet restaurant was operating at approximately 60% capacity. While a bad service experience can be overlooked, the taste and quality of the food ordered was unfortunately not worth the price. Live music was very enjoyable, beer was cold and drinks were great. Nice gesture to present a rose to all ladies in attendance.

   Second time having dinner here. We went on Valentine’s Day. Food was delicious. Only thing is they had a special menu which we didn’t realize but we’re lucky because they had dishes we wanted to try. Service is really great and the live music makes it really special.

   We usually visit early in the evening. Very quiet. Good is always excellent. Service is great, staff is attentive without being annoying. We’ll be back.

    Excellent service. The server was personable and patient. The lamb shank melted off the bone and the risotto was phenomenal.
