A friend and I went to Indigo Landing for a Restaurant Week dinner. What we DID NOT KNOW was that it was the LAST NIGHT it was to be OPEN before being CLOSED for renovations! Our waiter greeted us with that information as we sat down. We've been here many times before and have always enjoyed it. We'll watch their website because we'll be back to try whatever comes next. The LOCATION is BEAUTIFUL, as it across the water from Reagan National Airport and Washington, DC. It is also right next to a sailboat marina. So, lovely lights at night reflecting off the water and sailboats cruising by during the day. I'd say, watch for their reopening and go try the new place!

This was my first time dining at Indigo Landing but I will definitely be back! The food is delicious and they offer vast menu selections. Service was very friendly and attentive. My guests and I were thoroughly impressed.

The acoustics are terrible, although the view of the city is beautiful. It's a bit too dingy for my taste, but they are renovating soon.

The kitchen was out of steak and prime rib. The rockfish that I had was bland, and cool. The waitress was absolutely kind, but overwhelmed. The appetizers were the best part of the meal. The artichoke and crab dip was amazingly delicious. The view is breathtaking. Overall I would only come back for a summer drink on the deck.

It was our first visit as well as our 30th wedding anniversary. The hostess was very nice providing different seating options since there were a couple of large parties;however, the server was out to lunch. She messed up our drink order and completely forgot our appetizers. According to our server she had worked at the establishment for 23 years (or maybe 30 she stated both)and was just notified the restaurant was closing. We were lucky enough to pick the very night they were closing for 2 months to restructure! (And they had already informed the servers that they may not get called back) I guess this explains why she was so rattled and the restaurant was out of many selections. It was definitely a memorable anniversary dinner but not for the right reasons.

Outstanding view and location. Prompt, courteous and impeccable service. The crab cakes and ribs are great. Decor could use some improvement. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it to friends and relatives.

Food was cold, crab cakes were too fishy and almost no seasoning on anything, food was way too bland. If the weather was nice it's a great location to sit outside and have drinks.

Traveled to Washington for Trump Inaugural and family in the area recommended Indigo Landing for its location and good food. The convenient parking was a plus too. Would return on future DC visits and will remember to recommend to friends.

Indigo Landing is located at the Washington Sailing Marina next to Reagan National Airport. The brunch is served buffet style and is abundant. There are more offerings than one can ever consume in a single sitting with usual breakfast staples, omelets, French toast, waffles, bacon, sausage, roast potatoes, etc. There are also a number of seafood options, salmon cakes, steamed spiced shrimp, mussels in broth, whitefish. The desert offerings are cheese cake, crumb cake, fresh fruit and whipped topping, etc. They give you a choice of champagne or mimosa.

We gathered a group of 6 to celebrate a special graduation on a Sturday morning at 11: 30. Very wonderful staff who were attentive but not distracting. The view was great and the restaurant was quiet enough to hear conversation across the round table/booth sitting. The background jazz music was a bit loud...
