   The food was lacking either acid, salt or just too small of a potion. The chicken and the steak were cooked to perfection. The service was also amazing. They have a few kinks to work taste wise but I think we will give them another try.

   I’m so happy that we chose to do this experience. It is a Dore for Valentine’s Day this year. I have eaten there before and thought it was wonderful, but this experience was over the top and the sommelier was fantastic. So glad we chose to add the wine pairing.

   It is hard to judge the restaurent from Valentine’s Day prix fix dinner. But most of what we had was very good and the service was great

   Food was excellent and well paced. It was amazing to see all of the hard work of the chefs as they were plating the food!

   We loved Isidore and we are food snobs. Especially loved the local aspect, the staff was able to tell us from where each food item had been sourced. Really cool to know, with inventive use of foods. We highly recommend!

   Some restaurants promise great service, and then there’s Isidore, where every single person who walks past your table could probably write a thesis on hospitality. From check-in to the last bite of our meal, the service was dialed in to an art form—but never in that stiff, robotic way. Instead, Isidore somehow manages to be elevated and warm, refined yet welcoming—the kind of place where you feel like a VIP, even if it’s your first time. Let’s start with the dream team: The host stand? Efficient and gracious. We were walked to our table, offered water, and given a heads-up on who our server would be—an appreciated touch that set the stage for what was to come. Angel, our Captain, was a force of nature—her passion for the food and the restaurant itself radiated through every recommendation, every course placement, every well-timed check-in. Adrian, one of the managers, was the kind of person you hope to see at every great restaurant—friendly, engaging, and clearly invested in making sure everyone in the room was having the best possible experience. Then there were the food runners and bussers, operating with the precision of a Formula 1 pit crew, and the sommeliers and beverage team, who made sure our glasses were filled with the absolute best pairings for each dish. Now, onto the food. The menu offers two options: a traditional à la carte menu designed for sharing (perfect for groups who like to taste a little bit of everything) and a tasting menu with an optional local wine pairing (which I highly recommend if you want the full experience).    terrific selections of local texas farm to table. food fresh and so tasty. service is amazing. we cant wait to go back and enjoy more of this great menu

    The restaurant is beautiful. The service was amazing. The food for me wasn’t the best with flavors, but the service was the star of the show. I probably won’t come back because the food was not the best.
