At the Island Way Grill, we're all about fresh fish. Our own boats make daily trips to the middle grounds to bring back fresh tuna, mahi, snapper and other local varieties. No long-line fish here-just hook, rod, and reel. If it's any fresher, it is still in the gulf. Most of our cooking revolves around our oak and citrus fired open pit, which sears at an extremely high temperature and adds a delicious smokiness to everything grilled. You'll find an abundance of fresh herbs and only the best quality seasonings. Fresh vegetables are used throughout our menu, and all soups and sauces are hand-prepared. We are also proud to provide an excellent selection of the worlds best oysters flown in fresh for your enjoyment. In addition to our menu, our chefs prepare a varied assortment of daily specials that always add an element of interest to our every-day offerings.

We had a really good server. He was nice and on top of our table. Unfortunately, the food was just decent. One meal was over cooked and sent back. It did not return until the entire table was done eating and then it was undercooked.

We took our boat for Sunday brunch. Plenty of docking spots open. Recommend a reservation. They seated us within a few minutes of our reservation time. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Sunday brunch is outstanding! Pick breakfast, lunch, dinner, or all 3. I liked everything I had. We’re definitely going back!

The brunch was absolutely delicious. Service was great, Amanda was our server. Highly recommend Island Way Grill, for brunch or for. A dinner. 5-star restaurant in my opinion.

Food was great. Paul our waiter outside was ultra caring and extremely superior at his job. Hostess staff and bartender Dillon outside was super cool as well. We enjoyed our evening for sure. Thank you to Island Way !
