The best buffets on the island! A full array of buffet items will satisfy all appetites. We are now serving dinner buffet of Southeast Asia & Steak on Mondays , New York Tuesday, Wednesday – CLOSED, Oysters & Crab on Thursday, and Steak & Seafood: Friday, Saturday and Sunday! Also the whole family can enjoy the Islander Terrace International Lunch on Mondays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays and our Korean Tuesdays from 11:00am-2:00pm. Sparkling Wine Sunday Brunch on Sunday from 11:00am-2:00pm.

      Went for the oyster and crab legs buffet and it exceeded my expectations. The service, food and setting was great. Lots of food options in addition to the various oyster variety and crab legs.

      Thursday Korean Theme Buffet at The Hilton gave us an opportunity to taste different Korean dishes, with some being something we were not familiar with. There was more than I wish I could have tasted, but you can only eat so much 😜

      The service was excellent and the food was great. We celebrated my wife’s birthday there and the staffs sang happy birthday then presented my wife a slice of cake with a candle. That was awesome!!!
