   Great local restaurant. Istanbul Bay is a BYOB Turkish restaurant. If you are looking for Mediterranean food (Turkish, Greek, Israeli, Arabic) you will be very happy. The menu is large and varied with something for everyone. The portions are large and invariably everyone goes home with a doggy bag (we did). The meal opens with complimentary Turkish pide bread. Think pita with a thinner dough. It is accompanied by a bowl of green olives. We opted to split an appetizer of hummus which was very tasty and enough for 2-3 people to share. My wife had the Filet Mignon Shish Kebab, and I had the Lamb Shish Kebab. Each dish was accompanied by rice pilaf, a salad, grilled tomato and grilled hot pepper. They are accompanied by dipping sauced. The meat was delicious and perfectly cooked. We took home enough of the entree to have a meal tomorrow. We split a dessert of almond pudding which was outstanding. Looking forward to our next visit.

   This was my second visit to Istanbul Bay and as with the previous time, the food was delicious, the service was top notch and the ambiance was wonderful

   Friday night so of course the restaurant was packed. Even with the restaurant being busy our server was very attentive; food came out quickly. Beautifully decorated and very clean! Yummy!

   Mert and staff did an amazing job serving our party . Food came out hot and tasty . They accommodated my specific dietary restrictions ! We frequent here often and highly recommend . We missed Val but all was great

   Food was delicious! Portions were big, service was excellent! And not expensive, everything was perfect! This was our second time and we’ll be going again!
