    I was disappointed with the table I had booked! It was the smallest table in the restaurant stuck behind a pillar! There were lots of walk ins who were given better tables??? I did asked to be moved and I was but the second table wasn’t much better. If the restaurant had been full I would not have minded!

    The visit was not as good as my last visit. As I am allergic to fish, the two course lunch menu was a bit limiting for me. I chose the rendang curry but I found it very dry. A bit of a disappointment after my last visit.

    This is the second Ivy restaurant I have visited and the one in Bournemouth didn't disappoint. It's a very large restaurant with a circular bar. The usual colourful and vibrant decor. The food was first class and beautifully presented. It is very affordable as they do a fixed price two course menu plus the a lcarte menu. The staff look resplendent in their uniforms. Well worth a visit
