   The service was excellent. Our main server, George, was very attentive and did a nice job answering our questions about menu options. We were surprised with a name like JC Oyster there were only two oyster options on the menu. Raw (one kind of oyster 6 for $24) and Broiled.). Maybe rename the restaurant or provide guests with more oysters dishes and options. We had the pork belly, crab curry and steak tartare. Pork belly was excellent! The steak tartare was good but pickles were a bit overpowering. The crab curry was also very good. Plenty of lump crab the curry was excellent and the sushi rice that accompanied it was perfectly prepared. My only critique of the dish is that the curry overpowered the crab so much, it was hard to taste the actual crab. It could have been any protein. 4 out of 5 stars.

   Four dishes, zero flavor. No salt, no acid, no heat, just plain on a plate. Service was fairly non existent. When we placed our order is when we were told that one of the options was not available. Food arrived before drinks and once it was placed there was no follow up until we asked for the check. We ordered a side of fries for our child and good thing he wasn’t hungry because we’re still waiting for them to arrive. Overall, very disappointing experience.

   An amazing quality of food, preparation, and service. Visiting from Fort Myers. Cannot believe how much we enjoyed the food and service. We started with the cucumber salad, and it was wonderful. Then, the roasted cauliflower with blue cheese was even better. The steak tartare was maybe the best we've ever had! And then the snapper ceviche, topped everything! Can't wait to come back! You can't miss with J & C Oyster. Thank you, George!

   We had so much fun. Hosted by Cesar and his incredible team. Vincent the sushi master is a true artist. The fish flown in from Japan was sweet and the preparations highlighted the excellence. I have never seen Otoro like this; marbled beyond belief. 14 bites, each better than the next. We added the saki pairing, and enjoyed the differences very much, at a very reasonable surcharge. All in all, a fantastic omikase experience that we intend to repeat often. Kudos, J&C!

   We have been fortunate enough to have the same waitress every time we go and she is the best. The food is excellent with tasty with interesting mixes of flavors that work. The oysters are cold and fresh and there are yummy and unique cocktails. Try the Earhart!!

   Set at chef’s counter… highly recommend… Chef Alex was fantastic. Tuna confit and chips soooo yummy… yuzu marg fantastic, sea bass and our fave crab and avocado salad. Also loved the oysters!!!! Everything perfect. Need to try fried kitchen next time…. Looked fantastic

    The food and the service is great! The ambience is not the best but totally worth it. I love this place and would recommend but not for the ambience
