   Celebrated my husbands birthday here and the food, service, and everything was amazing! The complimentary dessert was delicious as well! They have great cocktails and mocktails

   Excellent food and service. A Monday night was only moderately loud but weekends are very loud. Extremely popular place. Parking is limited due to construction in the shopping center lot.

   LOVE Jack and Harry's! Delicious food and drinks, outstanding service, beautiful atmosphere, and great NOLA/jazz/crooner music! Next best thing to being in New Orleans.

   Great establishment in all areas. Staff is excellent. Ambiance is great. And the food is some of the best we’ve had in Dallas.

   Tooo many tables squeezed into the space. The noise level was so high, my dinner companion and I gave up trying to talk. We just ate. 🫩

   Our reservation was at 7 PM but we were not sat until 7:30. Upon seating, we order appetizers and drinks and by 8 PM our entrees were ordered. At 8:45 a chef had to come to over to inform us our ticket had been lost and needed to know what we ordered— We had not seen our waitress for over an hour at this point. Management did what they could, but overall a very poor experience and I would not recommend.
