   Too loud inside, outside was energetic and even loud but no problem holding conversations. Food was good. Had to send back one dish which was way too salty but they didn't bat an eye and offered to remake it. Good customer response! Staff friendly, helpful and clearly well trained. Really appreciate good food AND good service! Very well run restaurant! Will be back!

   Claire was our lovely, knowledgeable waitperson. She recommended great cocktails. We started out with the deviled eggs, with bacon. We had bbq meatloaf, ribeye, salmon, chicken fried chicken and a burger. All were very good, although the chicken was a tad overcooked. We finished off the evening with strawberry cake, the birthday girl's favorite cake. It was a delightful evening

   One of my favs in Austin. Have been coming here for years. Come on Wednesdays and enjoy a cheap burger!

   I’ve been to Jacoby multiple times over the years and this was my worst experience so far. My server hardly came by even with our drinks completely empty. She broke us the wrong drink and still charged us for it. I walked to the bathroom and saw my order sitting on the counter and then it finally showed up and it was not fresh.

   It was so hard to write this review because we’ve been here quite a bit and enjoyed it, but had awful back to back experiences. Last visit I ordered steak and eggs and as I’m halfway through my steak the server rushes out takes my plate and says steak was not approved by cook and is under. They brought me a new piece however I couldn’t eat it and was turned off. Today I ordered the burger simple enough. Hands down one of the most disgusting things I’ve eaten. Completely raw, and the meat itself did not taste fresh. The server was so amazing I didn’t even mention it to her, but I was absolutely shocked at how bad the meat tasted. Had me in the bathroom since.. unfortunately we will not be returning…

   Good food as usual, my girlfriend’s steak was a little overcooked for a medium rare but I’ll be back!

   While we always enjoy Jacoby’s, today’s brunch was especially yummy. My brother eyed the deviled eggs I ordered for the table suspiciously, then pronounced them the best he’s ever had! My SIL split the patty melt which was so delicious! I never order anything like that but we both loved it. But the best part of all was our superstar server, Milo! What a joy with their smile and attention to detail. Just a darling!

   Dining experience was wonderful! Server was prompt, knew all about the menu, was very kind! Don’t leave without trying the Brussel sprouts…delicious!😀
