   Great ambiance. It’s a hidden gem under the Westin. Cool drink menu and a very attentive. Plus, all the service help knew our name from the reservation. Addressed us formally with every visit to the table. Great find!!

   This is our first time to Jacy & Dakota's at the The Westin. We went there for diner before our concert that evening. The service was great and they were very attentive! We ordered 1 house margarita and a Chardonnay to start. We then ordered as our main entree the J&D Steak & Fries which is a 8oz frilled flat iron steak, cotija fries, chimichurri. We opted for no cotija on the fries and the steak was med-well and we shared it which was enough food for my wife and I. The meat was very tender and flavorful with the garlic aioli. Then we order for desert the Churro fries that had the chocolate & caramel dip on the side. They were very yummy to end the meal. We will stop by again when we are downtown as this is a great stop downtown phoenix to have dinner or drink!

   The food was so so good! Everyone in my party agreed! If you have the option, I’d sit inside as it seemed like our waitress would forget about us for awhile. She even said it was hard to remember to come out there. Nothing on her but made for a slower service. Great time regardless!

   Managers were great. Waitress seemed new but the managers made up for it. Food is amazing and consistent every time - highly recommend

   Would’ve been nice to know it was a hotel lobby. The photos were a bit deceiving making it look like a pretty restaurant and I was looking for someplace nice to go for my birthday in downtown Phoenix and due to weather we were unable to sit in their beautiful outdoor seating area what was shown in the photos we then had to sit indoors in the hotel lobby. Not what I had pictured or planned. Food itself and service were good I was just a bit disappointed by the atmosphere.

   we had a fabulous server who was very attentive. The food was delicious and plentiful but the beer glasses were not cold.

    We weren’t allowed to sit outside and order food. Also noted that the restaurant is part of the hotel. We didn’t end up eating here and left to go to another place.
