    Excellent food as always . Mongolian Beef, Sweet and Sour Soup, New York Egg rolls, and Basque Cheesecake. Unfortunately, we sat next to bus boy station which was somewhat annoying as it was overcrowded by 4 bus boys and sever/manager. Too small an area to accommodate that much staff.

    This was our first experience with Jade Palace. The service was outstanding. The food was very good as well. We had one issue with one of our guest’s food not being hot when served. The staff quickly took the plate back to address the issue. It came back warmer (not hot). We will be back as our overall experience was very good.

    Always a great experience dining at Jade Palace - the food -excellent - the service - the best - i had 6 new friends this evening join me -their first visit there - and they all said - they would be back !!!

    Jade Palace never disappoints! Even though the restaurant was very busy Friday night the service and food were outstanding! Very good value! Friendly staff! A neighborhood GEM!

    Air conditioning was turned way up. It was early evening and honestly there was no need for any air conditioning to be on. Orange chicken tasted like it was barbecue. Chicken was a bit of a disappointment. Sweet sour chicken was delicious
