   Best restaurant in Great Falls. Exceptional service. We arrived at 5:15am and they were already out of Prime Rib. We ordered a TBone steak instead. A little over done for a medium rare. However still very good. The shrimp cocktail was a winner .... reminded us of the 70s... cold crisp shrimp with the perfect cocktail sauce. If one is not looking for burger, this is restaurant a excellent alternative. (The restaurant with the best burgers on Montana is closed on Monday)

   Shane was a good waiter. We were seated 10 min after our reservation time. We waited 50 minutes for our food. The baked potato was mushy. There was too much fat on the prime rib. Ruined our 31st anniversary dinner.

   Cedar plank salmon was way undercooked even though I asked for it medium well. Asked for no salt on margarita, but it had salt and was disappointing. Not worth the cost. Wouldn’t recommend.

   The cedar plank salmon, seared ahi, shrimp and cream cheese wontons, and sides (especially the loaded baked potatoes) were all absolutely delicious. Our server Patti Sue was lovely, knowledgeable, funny and engaging. All of our food arrived at the table piping hot, right off the grill. That's rare in most restaurants. The scones and honey butter are a unique, special treat. All of it was fantastic.

   Amazing service and menus. Enjoy the lobster bisque. Steaks cooked to perfection. Special shout out to David for excellent service.

   They did not have our reservation in their system, even though I had the reservation confirmation on my phone, but they found us a seat. Brought water right away and we asked about the steak cap - their website indicated that they had a limited supply each day. So we ordered the steak caps, myself medium/well and my friend medium/rare. We ordered drinks at the same time. Waitress said she’d be right back with scones and honey butter. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks. Then our salad side dish was delivered to our table. About halfway through eating our salads a different waitress brought one plate with a steak and a baked potato and one plate with just a baked potato. We asked where the other steak was. So she went off to find out. Meanwhile I cut into my “medium/well” steak and found it quite rare. So I presumed it was my friends steak. The waitress showed up and said there must have been a “glitch” in the system but she’d added the other steak. I told her my steak was medium rare and she whipped it away to be cooked more. She had also delivered the scones and butter. Next she returned with my plate with the steak more cooked. My friend had started eating the baked potato. Eventually she appeared with my friends medium/rare steak on a plate with another potato - minus the chives. My steak ended up being very well done and hard to chew, my potato was lukewarm by this point. My friends steak was perfect for her. The scones and butter were divine. The waitress was not attentive at all. Hard to find her unless she was at our table. Very disappointed with the level of service. She came to clear our plates and asked if we wanted dessert. No apology for the mix up with the food. Asked if we wanted one bill or two. She brought the two bills and left. We paid in cash with a less tip than we would usually leave due to poor service. It was disappointing. We should have complained to the manager but we just wanted to leave.

   I took my wife to Jakers for our anniversary. We drove from Helena 87 miles away to have what we thought was going to be a good dinner. My wife had a tenderloin and it did not have much flavor but was cooked correctly. I ordered a rib steak with garlic fries. The garlic fries came out in a side dish in about a half inch of butter making them soggy. I ordered my steak medium rare and when it arrive it was very rare but not wanting to complain I tried eating it and managed 4 bites. My steak although undercooked also had very little flavor and was grisly. I have been in the food industry for over 30 years so I know that they didn't grow the animal that the steak came from and I don't hold that against them. But the preparation could have been much better. Our server was great and she went to her manager and informed her of the problem and they did take some off the bill. For that I was grateful.
